Product Terms of Sale
These are terms and conditions that you must agree to if you plan on or do purchase any physical or digital product from HS Crested Geckos. These terms can be changed or updated at any time without notice. For returning customers, please double-check these terms before finalizing your purchase.
By purchasing anything from HS Crested Geckos, it is assumed you have read these Terms of Sale in their entirety and understand them fully.

(1.) All products are sold as-is.
(2.) All products are accurately depicted in the example photos provided, and accurately measured. Additional measurements can be provided if asked before purchasing. There may be variations in 3D Printed Products; please expect very minor differences in these.
(3.) Certain products require a flat-rate box due to their size. All shipping is done through USPS unless otherwise requested. If an order is not sent in a flat-rate box, it will be shipped in either a bubble-mailer or poly-mailer bag with adequate/sufficient protection (if necessary, depending on the product) depending on product size or quantity ordered.
(4.) HS Crested Geckos is not responsible for how these products are used outside of the suggested product purpose.
(5.) HS Crested Geckos is not responsible for pet injury or death due to the usage of any of these products. That being said, ALL products go through quality assurance testing and are sold with pet safety in-mind. It is never the intention to sell a product that would cause harm to you or your pet.
(6.) HS Crested Geckos has a 7 day refund policy on products once they are marked as received via tracking information. Refunds will not be accepted outside this window. Refunds will include taxes, and will be returned in the original mode of payment. Beyond 7 days but no more than 30 days from the purchase date, if the products are unused and still un-opened in original packaging, you may ship the products back (at the customer’s cost) and you will be issued a store credit, minus 10% of your purchase total before taxes. Absolutely no refunds/credits/exchanges will be issued beyond 30 days, no exceptions. The 10% is held back as a processing fee.
(7.) Returns/Exchanges/Credits will not be accepted on products that have been used, unless in the case of a faulty item. If removed from packaging, please include the original packaging when returning. Mis-usage of the product is not a reason for return and will not be accepted. If the product returned is not the originally purchased item, is functioning when it was claimed it was not, or has clearly been used, your refund will not be given once product arrives back at HS Crested Geckos and you will have a choice to pay to ship the product back to you.
(8.) Return shipping is paid for by the customer OR the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the return amount, customer’s choice. When a label is provided for you, you will be sent a PDF of the shipping label and must have shipping supplies ready and a way of printing/attaching the label. When you decide to provide the label yourself, please ensure you have been given approval for your return by reaching out via any option provided on the Contact page. Include your original order slip, name, and shipping address in the return package with the product.

(9.) All made-to-order products (example: 3D printed items) may take up to 7 days from purchase to ship, depending on the time required to make the product and package for shipping.
(10.) There are no returns/refunds on any custom-made products, including but not limited to: Custom 3D printed products, Custom Foam Backgrounds, Custom Bee Pollen Sizes not traditionally offered, etc. Please be accurate in the sizes you provide, and give detail when requesting something specific.
(11.) Coupons cannot be stacked. No exceptions.
(12.) Store Credits will be issued as coupons for the amount provided with a minimum purchase of the exact amount. Example: You get a credit for $15. You will be given a coupon code that is worth $15, and can be used on a minimum purchase of $15. Store credits do not provide free shipping unless previously decided depending on the individual situation. You (the customer) will be given a choice on your coupon code name. They are one-time use only, no exceptions.
(13.) Absolutely no refunds or credits issued on digital products. Digital products shall not be reproduced, replicated, used, sourced, etc. without prior approval from the distributor (HS Crested Geckos LLC).
