These cups are reusable and washable. It is suggested to toss them once the insides of the cups begin to be scratched from cleaning. Cuts/scrapes in the plastic can hold onto bacteria.
To sanitize these cups, let soak in a bowl with very hot (not boiling) water for 30 minutes. It is suggested to sanitize the cups every 3rd feeding rotation.
Wash with your favorite dish soap in the hottest water you can tolerate, with a scrubbing brush or sponge reserved specifically to clean reptile-related dishes.
They are dishwasher and microwave safe! We suggest rinsing them first, and keeping the cups in a mesh bag to prevent them from going everywhere (you can use a delicates bag meant to go in the washing machine).
